We are looking for a colleague who would join Ignitis Latvia team and take the full accountability of increase of electric vehicle charging publicly available locations. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. Your key areas of responsibilities will be

  • Signing new locations by identifying decision makers (Board members, C-level managers) and negotiating best possible conditions to build the charging station;
  • Helping to build the biggest premium EV charging network in Latvia;
  • Search for additional business development opportunities;
  • Perform a comprehensive market and customer needs analysis, generate and implement ideas for optimizing the offer and proposed solutions;
  • Continuous increase of product knowledge, presentation of the product and related innovations to stakeholders.

We expect that You

  • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, full closing role;
  • Have higher education (Bachelor degree and up)
  • Are able to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously;
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Capable of independently approaching decision makers;
  • Skills of excellent negotiator;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English languages, knowledge of Russian will be a plus;
  • Are able to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations.
  • Have B category driving license.

Salary range for this position group is 2126 to 2755 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
