CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (F/M/D)
We are looking for a colleague, who would join the professional, active, courageous, cool team of Ignitis Latvija and help us take care of renewable energy, energy efficiency challenges. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
Important: This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for approximately 6-7 months as maternity leave cover. While the position is temporary, future opportunities within the company may arise depending on business needs and available roles.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Providing excellent customer care
- Handling a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions
- Assisting the sales team
- Answering customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing documentation for public tenders
- Managing the invoicing process
- Managing debtor-related processes
Required for this position:
- 2+ years of customer care experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English, as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
- Experience in preparing documentation for public tenders would be considered an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- An accurate, open-minded, and responsible personality

Salary range for this position group
