Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategic Plan

Since 2022 the Group has started planning and implementing activities in accordance with  Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategic Plan 2022–2025. Its objective is to outline the direction for establishing a culture which would facilitate equal opportunities. This strategic plan is implemented using annual action plans. All Group employees are welcome to participate in their creation. The strategic plan outlines: 

  • benefits of the actions, 
  • strategic directions, priorities and principles,
  • strategic messages,
  • ranking and managing priorities,
  • performance assessment methods, performance indicators, etc.  

Code of Ethics

Pursuant to the  Code of Ethics in force, we undertake to:  

  • ensure respect for human rights,  
  • promote diversity, zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying,  
  • take care of employees’ mental health, 
  • ensure equal work and remuneration conditions. 

Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy

In 2020 we strengthened our equal opportunities efforts by adopting the Group's Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy. The policy establishes: 

  • equal opportunities and diversity principles applicable to all Group companies and employees, 
  • their implementation methods,  
  • procedure for submitting and assessing reports on violation of equal opportunities.  

Equal opportunities and diversity principles are integrated in the Group's internal legislation: The Group's Code of Ethics, Sustainability Policy, People and Culture Policy, Remuneration Policy. 
 

Abuse and Harassment Prevention Policy of the Group

Ignitis Group has an Abuse and Harassment Prevention Policy, which obligates us to create an emotionally safe working environment for our employees. The policy defines:

  • potential forms of abuse and harassment,
  • procedure of reporting abuse and harassment,
  • measures for preventing abuse and harassment.
