I am happy that the topic of emotional wellbeing attracts a lot of attention in our company and that we are looking for ways to reduce the stigma related to it. We are having broader and broader discussions about how we are different and yet valuable. And I am fascinated the most by the team’s passion and engagement, which captivates you and encourages to contribute, makes you think and get involved.
I appreciate the Group's wellbeing, diversity, inclusion efforts very much. And I find it especially important that anyone can choose an activity (and there are many!) to contribute towards the creation of employee wellbeing.
Sometimes I trivialize the Group’s daily wellbeing, diversity, inclusion activities and initiatives, but when I stop for a moment and think about it, I realize how much we have achieved already to make everyone feel needed and valued in the organisation. I am fascinated by our ambitions for the future, and I believe we will not stop here.
