Since 2022, the Group has been planning and implementing its activities in this area in accordance with long-term strategic plans. Their objective is to define the direction for how we build the organisation – one that supports equal opportunities for all.
Strategic plans are implemented through annual action plans. All Group employees are invited to participate in their development. The documents outline: the intended benefits of the actions, strategic directions, priorities and principles, strategic messages, prioritisation and management of priorities, performance assessment methods, performance indicators, etc.
