Since 2022 the Group has started planning and implementing activities in accordance with Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategic Plan 2022–2025. Its objective is to outline the direction for establishing a culture which would facilitate equal opportunities. This strategic plan is implemented using annual action plans. All Group employees are welcome to participate in their creation. The strategic plan outlines:
- benefits of the actions,
- strategic directions, priorities and principles,
- strategic messages,
- ranking and managing priorities,
- performance assessment methods, performance indicators, etc.
