Purposes of granting support

Ignitis grupė aims to provide assistance to the victims of military or armed hostilities in Ukraine by transferring movable assets no longer used in the activities of its subsidiaries Energijos skirstymo operatorius and Ignitis gamyba for the restoration of the energy infrastructure destroyed by hostilities in Ukraine.

Who is eligible to receive support for the restoration of energy infrastructure of Ukraine?

The beneficiary of this support may be:

• A non-profit entity registered in the Register of Legal Entities of Ukraine at least one year before the date of submission of the Application and complying with requirements of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and Support Management Rules of the Group companies;
• A public authority of Ukraine complying with requirements of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and Support Management Rules of the Group companies.
