IT SYSTEMS ANALYST (ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING) (F/M/D)

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Collection and description of detailed business functional requirements for the development of IT systems.
• Development of testing scenarios for user approval testing and coordination with the process owners.
• Analyzing problems/incidents reported by users or customers and proposing improvements to IT systems.
• Ensuring data quality in assigned IT systems by analyzing, organizing error corrections, and defining business rules.
• Organizing training sessions for IT system users and the preparation of SOPs.
• Participation in both existing and new projects related to assigned IT systems.

We expect that You

• Have higher education in IT, Business, Data Analytics or Project Management (Bachelor degree and up).
• Have 1+ years work experience in IT systems / process development.
• Have experience in working with information systems, which are supervised by the Data and Analysis Department.
• Have knowledge of reading SQL and be able to write simple queries, creating PowerBI tools.
• Have ability to collect, systematize, analyze information, single out its essence, compare and summarize data, give conclusions, recommendations.
• Are able to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English languages.

Salary range: 2260 to 3254 EUR gross.
