We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of ensuring legal advice/assistance (in-house and external) for onshore & offshore projects in Estonia. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring legal services to Onshore & Offshore projects in Estonia
- Managing external legal teams
- Negotiating the agreements (mostly related to the development of the farms)
- Ensuring business compliance and mitigation of legal risks
- Liaison with regulators, management and other stakeholders.
We expect that You
- Have a Master’s degree in law
- Have 7 years of experience in a similar legal field (RES regulatory experience or knowledge would be an advantage)
- Have experience of working in an international team
- Have been leading legal projects
- Have been doing contract drafting and negotiations
- Are fluent in English
- Are skilled at evaluating options and finding solutions
- Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
- Have the ability to independently prioritize tasks.
