Recognition


 

In 2023 Ignitis Group received an international certificate Top Employer Lithuania for the second year in a row. The certificate is awarded to companies for applying the highest HR management standards in attracting and integrating new talents, personal growth programmes, leadership mentoring, areas of remuneration and benefits as well as in people strategy.

The certificate also confirms our efforts in the areas of diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing.

In 2021 the Group received the highest recognition in Lithuania for implementing equal opportunity principles within the organisation. It received three Equal Opportunity Wings, which were awarded by the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson and the Human Rights Monitoring Institute.

In 2022 the Group conducted an employee survey called ‘Equal Opportunity Ruler’ that measures the status of equal opportunities at the workplace in different dimensions.

The Equal Opportunity Ruler is certified and managed by the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson of Lithuania.

After evaluating the results, the Office awarded the Group with a score of 8.9 out of 10 (10 being the maximum score), which showcases that the principles of equal opportunities are ensured at the Group.

In 2022 the Wellbeing Mentor project has been recognised as the best personnel management practice.

The competition has been organised by the Association of HR professionals since 2008.

The Wellbeing Mentor project has been recognised as a result of focused development of a wellbeing ecosystem as well as the most outstanding project that was created during the pandemic, and which touched on the very relevant and sensitive topic of mental health.

In 2022 the Lithuanian Diversity Charter has conducted a survey where it assessed how well the 20 largest companies in Lithuania are prepared to ensure equal opportunities.

The companies were evaluated if they have established and work towards clear diversity goals, if they disclose employee diversity data, if they monitor equal opportunity situation and report their progress, etc.

In this survey, the Group was rated the best out of all twenty companies and took the first place.
