We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Asset Operations Management Office of the Ignitis Renewables team. In this role, you will support asset operations performance and governance by ensuring accurate asset data, documentation and reporting, as well as providing operational insights that support informed decision-making, compliance and continuous improvement across the asset portfolio. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Managing and controlling compliance with technical and commercial contract obligations in line with agreed requirements, performance standards and service level agreements
  • Validating and tracking contractual deliverables, ensuring that operational activities, maintenance execution and reporting outputs are properly documented
  • Maintaining accurate contract-related data and documentation, including KPIs, availability guarantees, payment mechanisms and commercial conditions
  • Identifying, analysing and escalating deviations from contractual obligations, supporting timely resolution of non-compliance, performance gaps and potential claims
  • Supporting preparation and management of contract claims, disputes and entitlement assessments with accurate operational data
  • Managing asset operations performance data to support optimal asset utilization, efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Ensuring asset performance information is fit for management decision-making, audits and external reporting where required
  • Preparing, maintaining and continuously updating asset operations and maintenance documentation in line with operational reality
  • Maintaining comprehensive asset records, including warranties, O&M history, contractual data, inspection records and performance logs
  • Preparing structured operational and performance reports for management review, budgeting and operational planning
  • Coordinating information flow between Asset Operations, Maintenance, Remote Operations, Asset Analytics and Optimization, Commercial Management and other functions

Required for this position:

  • University degree or post-secondary education in business administration, management, asset management, economics, business analytics or a related field
  • Experience in asset, property or object administration, preferably within energy, infrastructure or technical operations
  • Experience in administrative roles involving record-keeping, documentation, reporting and data management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately across different systems
  • Good understanding of asset operations data, documentation and reporting requirements                    
  • Ability to analyse operational data, identify inconsistencies and prepare structured insights for decision-making
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external service providers
  • Ability to maintain data integrity, traceability and consistency across asset registers, reporting tools and other systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CMMS, Power BI or other reporting tools would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian with clear written and verbal communication skills

Salary range for this position group

is 2290 to 3430 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
