HEAD OF KAM (F/M/D)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading and developing the Key Account Management team by managing recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and employee development
- Taking responsibility for sales volume, gross margin, revenue, customer retention, and other agreed commercial KPIs
- Growing the strategic customer portfolio, increasing market share, and strengthening customer loyalty
- Building and developing long-term relationships with the company’s most important customers and decision-maker
- Ensuring competitive, balanced, and risk-conscious terms for both the company and its clients
- Monitoring opportunities, preparing forecasts, identifying churn risks, and ensuring timely renewals
- Monitoring developments in the electricity and gas markets and adapting the company’s offering accordingly
- Analyzing customer profitability, credit exposure, contractual risks, and payment performance
- Working closely with Trading, Pricing, Risk, Legal, Finance, Billing, Customer Care, and Operations to ensure effective contract execution
- Building the company’s market image while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance standards
Required for this position:
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail or trading company operating in the Polish electricity and/or gas market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering profitable growth
- Experience in managing and developing a sales team in the Polish electricity and/or gas market
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Very good command of MS Office and experience working with CRM systems
- Professional working proficiency in Polish and English
