- Redesign and improve websites, apps, and self-service systems;
- Create user-centered solutions focused on digital growth and performance;
- Support email marketing, data-driven campaigns and continuous optimization.

You will contribute to our Digital ecosystem creation by:
- Collaborating with product owners, client experience team, and client support to gather and evaluate user requirements, pain points and frustrations
- Developing and presenting design concepts to showcase innovative product features and enhancements
- Designing intuitive UI wireframes and high-fidelity visuals to demonstrate how product functionalities will look and work
- Working closely with the team to define and prioritize the product features roadmap
- Identifying and resolving UX challenges to improve conversion rates, driving lead generation and reducing support inquiries to the back office
- Analyzing user behavior and feedback to propose thoughtful adjustments that enhance overall user satisfaction and usability
Required for this position:
- At least 1 year of experience in wireframing and designing IT systems, e-commerce projects, corporate websites, or mobile apps
- Strong understanding of and ability to implement design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Growth-Driven Design to enhance company processes
- Proven ability to tackle product challenges and provide creative, user-centered design solutions
- Solid knowledge of Figma and experience working with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics or HotJar
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Figma AI to enhance the design process and experiment with new ways of working
- A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to pixel-perfect designs
- Enthusiastic about running A/B tests to experiment, iterate, and identify winning design solutions

Salary range for this position group
is 3430 to 5150 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.Can’t find the right position?
