We are looking for a C&I and Automation Engineering Team Lead to manage and guide a team of skilled engineers. With leadership experience and strong technical knowledge in control and electrical automation engineering. Relevant expertise includes automation controllers, relay protection, SCADA systems, and communication/IT network protocols. Familiarity with local legislation and TSO/DSO practices in at least one of our operating markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, or Estonia) is required. Experience in renewable energy projects—such as wind, solar, or energy storage—is a strong advantage. The role involves both technical contribution and active coordination of the engineering team.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

- Leading and managing an international Instrumentation & Control (I&C) and Automation Engineering team of approximately 5–7 engineers across Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, and potentially Finland

- Managing team load, resources allocation and training plans for each team member (considering employee development plans), aligned with Electrical Engineering team and entire Engineering organization

- Actively participate in project teams, contributing to specifications, design reviewing and enhancements, assessing / reviewing of OEM’s and other equipment, systems and design providers and defining resources and timelines for entire I&C Engineering team

- Establishing and managing structures and processes (incl. check & approval process across C&I engineering documentation, like specifications, diagrams, protocols, etc.) across entire C&I Engineering team, including relevant KPI’s,

Required for this position:

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering

- 5 years’ experience in leading and managing Control & Instrumentation (C&I), Automation, or Electrical Engineering teams

- Experience in the design, testing, planning, and maintenance of renewable or conventional power plants and electrical substations

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in control systems engineering, including data acquisition controllers (PLC, RTU), communication devices, IT network equipment, communication protocols, and SCADA systems

- Knowledge or experience in renewable energy—such as onshore/offshore wind engineering, PV solar systems, or energy storage—would be considered an advantage
