CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (F/M/D) IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and support the effective management of contracts across our growing portfolio of projects. In this role, you will assist Project and Contract Managers from contract signing through to closure, ensuring all obligations are met, documentation is well maintained, and potential risks are proactively managed.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Assisting Project Manager and/or Contract Manager to identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts to stay ahead of potential problems and protect organization from financial and legal consequences
  • Following a contract management plan to ensure that all parties meet their obligations, adhere to timelines
  • Keeping contract changes (variations) records managed properly to avoid disputes, time and cost overruns
  • Establishing and maintain contract monitoring tools and registers (i.e. register of contract obligations, register of insurances, bonds and guarantees (IBG), claims register, etc.)
  • Ensuring contract management adheres to company contract management policies, rules and procedures

Required for this position:

  • Higher education degree

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction projects

  • Background in procurement, legal, or project management is a plus

  • Knowledge of construction processes and legal contract terminology

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
