We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Corporate Sustainability Manager to join our Group Sustainability function. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Sustainability and lead a team of professionals in managing corporate sustainability across the Group.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Leading the Group’s Corporate Sustainability team and creating a sustainability partnership model in the Group, streamlining team workflows, and building team competencies to achieve impactful results;
  • Leading development and implementation of the Group’s corporate sustainability policies, objectives, and targets, aligned with strategic goals;
  • Creating roadmaps, action plans and supervising projects, focusing on human rights, business conduct, value chain sustainability, stakeholder engagement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Group to manage social and governance impacts, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for innovation;
  • Establishing and promoting best-in-class practices to ensure compliance with the highest sustainability standards while achieving or surpassing set targets;
  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align sustainability initiatives and drive successful project outcomes;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, trends, and best practices, and providing relevant training to internal stakeholders.

Required for this position:

  • A relevant educational degree in social science, sustainability, business management, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in corporate sustainability, ESG management (5+ years), preferably within the energy or related industries;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing cross-functional teams;
  • Proven track record in managing complex social sustainability and governance topics, focusing on human rights, business conduct, value chain sustainability, stakeholder engagement;
  • Strong knowledge of corporate sustainability frameworks, ESG standards, and reporting regulations, with the ability to integrate them into business operations effectively;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, with the ability engage effectively across all organisational levels and with external stakeholders;
  • A detail-oriented mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement, including digitization and automation of processes.
