
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES
We are currently looking for Electrical Engineer who will play a pivotal role in our renewable energy company, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects. This includes solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources in the future (such as battery energy storage systems and hydrogen / P2X). The successful candidate will strongly support electrical engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet all technical specifications, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Supporting electrical design and development of renewable energy projects, including system layouts, component selection, and technical specifications
- Supporting electrical design and development of renewable energy projects, including system layouts, component selection, and technical specifications
- Ensuring that all electrical designs and installations comply with local, national, and international codes and standards relevant to renewable energy
- Overseeing the testing and validating of electrical systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, providing clear and concise information on electrical engineering matters
Required for this position:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional engineering certification is preferred
- 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally with some experience (or at least some basic understanding) in the renewable energy sector
- Experience in transmission network / distribution network transformer stations
- Experience in design/testing/planning/maintenance activities of renewable power plants and transformer stations
- Proficient in electrical engineering software and tools
