Head of brokers (f/m/d)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing Broker Relationships - Building and maintaining partnerships with external agents and brokers in the electricity and gas sectors
- Developing Partnership Strategies - Creating and implementing strategies to enhance collaboration with brokers and increase market share
- Negotiating Commercial Agreements - Leading negotiations of terms and contracts with brokers, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements
- Monitoring Sales Performance - Regularly tracking and analyzing sales performance generated by external agents, and reporting results to management
- Education and Training - Organizing training sessions and workshops for brokers on products, processes, and partnership guidelines
- Team Management - Supervising the team responsible for broker relations, motivating and monitoring their performance
- Issue Resolution - Addressing promptly any issues or challenges raised by brokers, and ensuring effective resolutions
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring compliance of broker-related activities with legal regulations and industry standards
- Building Company Image - Representing the company at industry meetings and conferences with brokers, promoting its services and products
- Market and Competitive Analysis - Monitoring the electricity and gas market and competitors' activities in broker relations to adjust company strategies
We expect that you:
- University degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a trading company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Time management abilities
- Focus on building relationships
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Polish language – working proficiency
- English language – working proficiency
