
HEAD OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT (F/M/D)

You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of the organizational information systems and data management strategy, ensuring the promotion of innovation and the implementation of digital solutions to achieve strategic business objectives. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Formulating and implementing a strategy for the development and management of information systems, digital solutions, and data management in alignment with the organization's strategic goal
- Providing leadership in "NexGen" technologies (including product and platform infrastructure) and driving comprehensive decision-making through technology
- Enabling the transformation of digital solutions at the business unit level
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising digital solutions and data management projects, including cultural changes and new ways of working
- Building and leading a management team, fostering their professional growth and development
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate digital solutions and enhance data utilization across the organization
- Ensuring that the organization adopts the latest digital trends and technologies
- Identifying potential risks related to digital solutions and data management, and developing management plans to mitigate them
Required for this position:
- Higher education (university degree)
- At least 5 years of experience working in a large company or corporate group
- At least 10 years of experience in the development of information systems, IT infrastructure management, data management, and/or automation
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in information systems development, IT infrastructure management, and data management
- Proven ability to develop operational strategies and corporate governance frameworks, with experience in strategic and operational planning, as well as implementing change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including experience leading a team of managers, a constructive and results-oriented mindset, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to balance different stakeholder interests while proposing effective solutions
- Solid technical expertise in information technology, databases, analytics tools, and the practical application of data governance principles
- Hands-on experience with data management systems and software
