HEAD OF LEGAL FOR OFFSHORE (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Providing comprehensive legal support for Offshore wind projects in the Baltic States
- Oversight of both internal and external legal teams to ensure efficient legal support to various Offshore projects’ packages
- Negotiations for crucial agreements and contracts
- Ensuring seamless business compliance and proactively managing legal risks
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between regulatory bodies, management, and other stakeholders
- Proactive counselling of senior decision makers, stakeholders and the main shareholder on effective management of legal risks
- Empowering the legal team to serve as trusted business advisors working closely with the business.
Required for this position:
- Master’s degree in law
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar legal field (offshore experience or knowledge would be an advantage)
- Background in working with international teams
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead international teams, achieving sustainable results
- Proficiency in contract drafting (FIDIC), particularly for high-value agreements, and well-developed negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to evaluate options and develop effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on assisting internal clients, i.e., the business team
- Capability to independently prioritize tasks.

Salary range for this position group
is 4904 to 7357 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.Can’t find the right position?
