HEAD OF ORIGINATION (F/M/D)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Setting up of the markets and products which are to be followed as priorities and as specific areas for the originators
- Defining and preparing regular market/product analysis with focus on transaction opportunities
- Ensuring close cooperation with traders/portfolio managers
- Monitoring markets and products development other than above in order to consider cross market and cross commodity products' implementation
- Assuring implementation of all company’s rules, procedures and limitations related to origination transactions processing, approvals and implementation
- Elaborating, presenting and updating all project documentation
- Coordinating project development with specific departments like legal, risk, credit, and obtaining their opinions and approvals if necessary
- Scheduling and ensuring optimal utilization of allocated resources (internal and external)
- Keeping close contact with existing and potential counterparts in coordination with other company’s departments
- Searching for new industry clients
Required for this position:
- University degree or equivalent (economy, engineering, mathematics)
- At least 3 years of management experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in energy (gas/power/environmental products) sales, trading, structured products and derivatives
- Extensive knowledge of software used in energy markets
- Risk management understanding
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Polish language – native level, English language – working proficiency
