HEAD OF REMOTE CHANNELS UNIT (F/M/D)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading and inspiring a team of leaders within the Remote channels unit, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive remote channels strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances customer engagement
- Performing effective people management, including hiring, goal setting, conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and supporting career development for team members
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, aligning priorities, and ensuring seamless integration of remote communication solutions
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Establishing strong partnerships with external partners and key stakeholders to ensure synergy and alignment between all parts
- Evaluating and adopting AI technologies to enhance communication capabilities and customer satisfaction
Required for this position:
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in leading Customer service Remote channels
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving strategic and operational goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive organizational success
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal
