You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring compliance with local and international Health and Safety regulations, ISO 45001:2018 standard, and industry best practices
  • Conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and internal audits
  • Investigating incidents and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Delivering Health and Safety training, organizing emergency drills, and promoting a strong safety culture across the company
  • Developing and implementing Health and Safety policies and safe work practices for Operations and Maintenance
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining Health & Safety documentation, standards, and procedures
  • Overseeing contractor compliance and safe work execution
  • Serving as a liaison between safety teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Implementing best-in-class Health and Safety and quality control processes, managing lessons learned, and reporting on asset performance, risks, and mitigation plans.

Required for this position:

  • Higher education in Health and Safety. Valid Health and Safety Specialist certification in accordance with national requirements
  • At least 3 years of similar work experience as Health and Safety Specialist in construction or industrial environments (renewable energy is a plus)
  • Experience with contractor safety management, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to promote safe work practices and collaborate effectively under tight timelines
  • Willingness to travel and visit sites
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent would be a strong advantage (training can be provided if needed)
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is required, as the position involves stakeholders in other Baltic countries and Poland, and requires daily communication and documentation in English.

is 2820 to 4240 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
