We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT System Analyst to join our team. As an IT System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems that meet our organization's needs and drive business efficiency. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Designing and developing efficient IT solutions to address business needs;
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders;
  • Creating detailed system specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams;
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure proper implementation of IT solutions;
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation.

We expect that you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in IT systems analysis and design methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills;
  • Experience with data modeling and business process mapping;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, or CBAP) are a plus;
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners.
