LEGAL TEAM MANAGER (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Latvia Legal division, where you’ll be responsible for legal matters. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Overseeing all legal matters for the Company, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives
- Leading a team and managing relationships with outsourced legal services
- Delivering comprehensive legal services, ensuring adherence to EU and national policies and procedures, and align with best practices while actively participating in Group and Company projects
- Identifying and managing legal risks by proactively offering solutions for risk mitigation
- Maintaining effective communication with regulators, management, and other stakeholders
Required for this position:
- Master's degree in Law
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in-house or at a law firm
- Proven ability to successfully lead others and work effectively in cross-cultural teams, collaborating across international boundaries
- Capacity to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written Latvian and English as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus

Salary range for this position group
is 3378 to 5067 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.Can’t find the right position?
