We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Asset Performance and Optimization Team at Ignitis Renewables, where you’ll ensure all O&M (Operations and Maintenance) and Technical Asset Management information is robust, digitized, and accessible. You will contribute to a green and secure energy ecosystem by: 

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines 
  • Managing internal databases  
  • Ensuring data reliability, including data availability tracking and reporting 
  • Working with Data Analyst and other teams to find the best solutions for reporting and analysis 
  • Leading initiatives to understand data needs and improve workflows 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability and usability across teams and technologies

Required for this position:

  • An academic degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, MS SQL Server, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines 
  • Proficiency in programming and database query languages (e.g., Python, SQL), data manipulation (e.g., pandas, regex), ETL tools or custom Python-based ETL solutions 
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with NLP (e.g., Elasticsearch), process optimization tools (e.g., Power Automate, Uipath), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) 
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills to interpret requests and select best solutions

Salary range for this position group

is 2666 to 3999 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
