We are looking for a Junior Procurement Process and Data Analyst to join Ignitis Renewables Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support the implementation of ERP systems, manage supplier risk assessments, and serve as an Excel expert to enhance reporting and analytics. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

  • Assisting in the implementation and optimization of the ERP system for procurement processes 
  • Supporting the management and reporting of supplier risk assessments using internal tools 
  • Development and maintenance of procurement reports and dashboards using Excel and other BI tools 
  • Collecting and analyzing raw procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities 
  • Collaborating with procurement and IT teams to improve data accuracy and workflow automation 
  • Supporting process standardization and documentation for procurement tools 
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to recommend procurement process improvements  
  • Supporting procurement audits 

Required for this position:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field 
  • At least two years of proven track record in data analytics and procurement supply chain 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization); experience with Tender management/ERP systems and SQL or Power BI is a plus 
  • Confidence working with data, generating insights, and making recommendations 
  • Interest in procurement systems, automation, and process optimization 
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) 
  • Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights clearly
