Risk management and business continuity expert (f/m/d)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Group Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management team as Risk management and business continuity expert with special focus on Internal Control. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading and coordinating the Internal Control Management process;
- Coordinating the Risk Management process, including analyzing potential financial and/or non-financial impacts, identifying current and potential risks affecting Ignitis Group, and preparing risk management plans;
- Coordinating the Business Continuity Management process, including conducting business impact analyses, managing incidents, testing, and preparing business continuity plans;
- Engaging with the business on risk assessment for new projects and process changes;
- Preparing risk, business continuity, and internal control reports for senior management;
- Building a risk-aware culture.
Required for this position:
- A degree in a business or technical field (e.g., legal, finance, economics, audit/internal controls, or similar).
- 3+ years’ experience in Risk Management and/or Internal Control.
- Certified Risk Manager or Internal Control Specialist (advantage).
- Proven success in driving transformations and completing multiple tasks, both self-directed and in teams.
- Ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Lithuanian required).
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and curious.
