SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Polska team where you’ll be responsible for strengthening the sales team with your knowledge and experience and take over some of the day-to-day responsibilities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Working with the sales department to achieve sales targets
- Analyzing of sales data and preparing of reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of sales activities
- Entering and updating data in systems
- Taking care of customer switching process
- Keeping sales records
- Coordinating communication between customers and other company departments
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Preparing of informational materials for customers
Required for this position:
- University degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales or analytical position in a trading company
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quality and timeliness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
