SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our team at the Ignitis Group. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing financial accuracy, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will lead financial reporting, develop and implement financial strategies, and provide insights to support decision-making processes. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and improving existing processes, controls, reports, and KPI systems
  • Organizing and coordinating the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Preparing periodical performance reports for management
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Development of the pricing model
  • Leading particular Group projects related to accounting, reporting and overall Finance function
  • Managing key stakeholder expectations (both business and finance)

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Economics, or a closely related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance or financial control
  • Familiarity with IFRS; ACCA/CFA qualification is an advantage
  • Experience in financial modeling
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
