SENIOR IT ANALYST (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join our Order Management System development team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a newly developed system focused on connecting new energy users and managing modifications to existing service requests. As a key team member, you will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of system functionality and high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of solutions with business goals
- Analyzing and systemizing requirement specifications
- Coordinating and conducting the entire analysis process
- Managing scope and changes
- Preparing the backlog for the team
Required for this position:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Analyst, preferably in complex system development
- Experience in preparing functional and non-functional requirements, use case models and process flow diagrams
- Proficiency in system analysis, design, and documentation
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of requirements gathering, specification, and management methodologies
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Advanced English language skills
Would be an advantage:
- Understanding of Order Management, Service Fulfillment, or Energy/Utilities domain
- Proficiency working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in Agile development teams
- SQL skills and experience with SQL query tools

Salary range for this position group
