TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES (6 months contract)
We are seeking a new colleague to join the Talent Acquisition team at Ignitis Renewables. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and oversee the implementation of recruitment tools. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

- Working closely in a team with hiring managers and HR choosing sourcing and selection strategy that ensures global talents pool for Ignitis renewables group
- Identifying the key competences, sourcing candidates via resume databases and professional networking sites, conducting candidates’ screening and interviews
- Applying proactive recruiting techniques to attract talents focusing on positive candidate and hiring managers experience, building an identifiable and unique employer identity
- Analyzing the market, being up-to-date to newest talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods
- Manage IT tools effectively and demonstrate advanced proficiency in using ATS would be an advantage
Required for this position:
- Have 2+ years of working experience in recruitment
- Have higher education in your field of interest
- Are passionate about recruitment and networking
- Consider yourself a self-driven and results-oriented personality
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages
