Updated Group Code of Ethics and Conduct
“Ignitis Group” (hereinafter – the Group) has updated the Group Code of Ethics and Conduct (hereinafter – the Code) – the key document that defines the shared ethical principles and standards of conduct that guide us in our daily activities, internal interactions, and cooperation with partners and other stakeholders.
The updated Code clearly establishes the value-based foundation that we rely on when making decisions, responding to complex situations, and defining the limits of responsibility. It aims to further strengthen a culture of responsible, transparent, and respectful behaviour across the Group and ensure consistent application of ethical principles in practice.
Why was the Code updated?
The Group operates in a dynamic international commercial, regulatory, and technological environment. As organisational maturity and expectations from partners, investors, rating agencies and society continue to grow, it became necessary to fundamentally review the Code to ensure that it is:
- relevant to today’s context,
- fully aligned with best governance practices and the Group’s internal management system,
- clear and applicable in practice.
