Vytenis Koryzna has been appointed to the boards of three direct subsidiaries of Ignitis Group

Ignitis Group, a renewables-focused integrated utility, has appointed Vytenis Koryza as a shareholder representative on the boards of its three direct subsidiaries. Koryzna became a Board Member and Chair at Ignitis (energy supply (commerce)). He was also elected as a Board Member at Ignitis Renewables (strategy and commerce) and Ignitis Gamyba (energy production and markets).

Koryzna joined Ignitis Group on 26 March 2026, after the Supervisory Board appointed the new Management Board. He serves as Management Board Member and Chief Commercial Activities Officer at Ignitis Group. 

Koryzna has more than ten years of experience in renewable energy and strategic leadership, as well as in the development of business models for energy management, supply and generation, including solar energy, battery energy storage systems and EV charging solutions. 

Previously, Koryzna managed Detra Solar, a company providing technical design and consulting services to renewables developers worldwide, and before that, he was CEO of Enefit Lietuva, an energy solutions company, where he strengthened the company’s market position to become the second-largest supplier and introduced innovative B2B and B2C energy solutions. 

He has earned a master's degree in business administration and management from BMI Executive Institute and a master's degree in international business from Vilnius University.
