Recognition
For the fifth consecutive year, Ignitis Group has earned the international Top Employer certificate, awarded by the Top Employers Institute for high standards in employee experience and HR management. The 2026 assessment covered business strategy, leadership, employee experience, digital HR solutions, wellbeing and inclusion. Ignitis Group remained above average in all areas, and its overall score improved, mainly thanks to progress in organisational change and employee experience management.
The Top Employer certificate is not only a recognition but also a practical benchmark that helps us consistently strengthen the employer experience across all Group companies.
Our recognitions
In 2026, for the second time, the Group received Lithuania's highest recognition for implementing equal opportunity principles and was awarded three Equal Opportunity Wings, presented by the Human Rights Monitoring Institute and the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson. It received the same recognition in 2021. This confirms the Group's commitment to an inclusive, respectful environment that ensures equal opportunities.
In 2024, at the National Responsible Business Awards, Ignitis Group was recognised as a Diversity-Promoting Workplace in the large companies category for its initiatives to reduce gender stereotypes and for educating employees and society.
In 2022, the Group carried out an employee survey called the Equal Opportunities Ruler, which is certified and administered by the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson of Lithuania. After assessing the results, the Office awarded the Group a score of 8.9 out of 10, showing that equal opportunities are ensured within the Group.
In 2022, the Wellbeing Mentor project was named the winner of the HR Management Good Practice Competition 2022. The project was recognised as an achievement of a purposefully developed wellbeing ecosystem and as the most outstanding project created during the pandemic, one that addressed the highly relevant topic of emotional health.
In 2022, the Lithuanian Diversity Charter conducted a survey assessing how well the 20 largest companies in Lithuania are prepared to ensure equal opportunities. Companies were evaluated on whether they have clear diversity goals, whether they disclose employee diversity data, and whether they monitor the equal opportunities situation. In this survey, the Group received the highest rating of all twenty companies and took first place.
