Ignitis Renewables focuses on developing green generation and green flexibility technologies. By developing onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery and power-to-X technologies, the company is implementing Ignitis Group’s strategic priority to deliver 4–5 GW of installed green capacities by 2030.  

ESO manages not only 126,000 km of overhead and underground power lines, but also 9,000 km’s worth of gas distribution pipelines. Our task is to operate, maintain, and ensure the reliability of this vital infrastructure. By continuously implementing innovations and making other key changes, we are generating added value to Lithuania’s energy consumers, and speeding up the expansion of green energy use.   

Ignitis offers advanced energy solutions and services to both private and business clients, enabling effective energy management, consumption, and production. The electric vehicle quick-charge network, Ignitis ON, significantly contributes to sustainable mobility in the Baltics. Simultaneously, the platform eparkai.lt opens the door for everyone to become a green electric power producer. We supply power and natural gas to 1.5 million customers in Lithuania and, through our operations in Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Poland, we are accelerating the development of green energy throughout the wider Baltic region.  

The Centre boasts a diverse range of competencies that not only ensure the smooth operation of daily activities across the Group but also support the energy transition in the Baltic Sea region. We are involved with all the Group’s products, from solar parks to electric vehicle charging stations. Given the scope and variety of projects, our team includes specialists in multiple disciplines, such as law, IT, HR, communications, procurement, and more. Every colleague, regardless of their area of expertise, contributes to the development of energy independence in Lithuania and beyond, extending to neighboring countries.  

Ignitis Gamyba operates the largest electricity production capacities in Lithuania. With the Elektrėnai Complex, the Kaunas Hydroelectric Power Plant—the country's largest renewable energy plant, and the Kruonis Pumped Storage Power Plant—the only such facility in the Baltics, we ensure the security and reliability of Lithuania's energy systems.
