Since 1 June 2019, Haroldas Nausėda has been a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis and Chief Business Customer and Development Officer at Ignitis.

Haroldas is also a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Eesti Ou, a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Suomi Oy, a member of the Council of the National Lithuanian Energy Association.
Haroldas Nausėda has been working in the energy sector for 13 years. During his career in the energy sector, Haroldas held various management positions in various energy organisations. On 1 June 2019, he became a Member of the Management Board of UAB “Ignitis” and was responsible for working with business customers and development. Until then, he headed the commercial and development departments of UAB “Lietuvos energijos tiekimas” and UAB “Lietuvos dujų tiekimas”, and was a Member of the Management Board of the IT company UAB “Technologijų ir inovacijų centras”. From 2012 to 2014, he held the position of the General Manager of UAB “GET Baltic”, a company performing the function of a regional natural gas exchange, until then he headed the Contact Centre of AB “Lietuvos dujos”.

Haroldas Nausėda earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Vilnius University, a master's degree in Business Management from Vilnius University, and later he acquired another master’s degree in the joint master’s programme in business management at ISM and the Norwegian Business School’s BI executive programme.

Eimantas Balta has been working as a Board Member at Ignitis Eesti OÜ and Head of EV Charging Network for Baltics at UAB “Ignitis” since 1 November 2023.

Eimantas Balta has been working in the e-mobility sector for 7 years. Over his career in the e-mobility sector, Eimantas held various managerial roles in different technology and transport companies. On 13 March 2023 he became the Head of EV Charging Network for Baltics at UAB “Ignitis”, who is responsible for developing the EV charging network strategy and implementing the goals of AB “Ignitis grupė”.

Before joining UAB “Ignitis”, Eimantas led Bolt activities in the Baltics, where he was responsible for managing e-mobility business and operations in three countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), including a team of over 110 people spread out over 32 cities. He was responsible for business development, increasing market share, customer experience and profits in the Baltic region.

Eimantas Balta earned a bachelor's degree in business management at Vilnius TECH.
