Andrius Kavaliauskas is a member of the Executive Committee of UAB Ignitis and Head of Private Customers.

Andrius joined the Lietuvos Energija group in 2018 and became the Director of the Private Customers and Service Development Department of Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas. Until then, he worked for Franmax and has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications (he worked at Telia Lietuva, Omnitel, Teo and also in the financial sector – he worked for the investment and private banking group Finasta for almost seven years).

Andrius Kavaliauskas holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in International Business which he acquired at Vilnius University. He later deepened his knowledge at the Swedish KTH Royal Institute of Technology's IT/IP business development programme. He also finished his master's degree studies of International Business Management at the Baltic Management Institute and acquired the education of the member of the management board at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Darius Šimkus is a member of the Executive Committee of UAB Ignitis and Head of the Finance and Business Support.

Darius began his career in the energy sector in 2018 when he joined Energijos tiekimas in the Finance and Risk Management Department as Risk Management Manager, and in 2019, when the company merged with Lietuvos energijos tiekimas, he became Head of the Risk Management and Compliance Department. Prior to that, he worked in auditing at Deloitte and gained experience in the financial sector at the commercial bank Swedbank.

Haroldas Nausėda is a member of the Executive Committee of UAB Ignitis and Head of Business Clients and Development.

Haroldas is also a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Eesti Ou, a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Suomi Oy, a member of the Council of the National Lithuanian Energy Association.

Haroldas Nausėda has been working in the energy sector for 13 years. During his career in the energy sector, Haroldas held various management positions in various energy organisations. On 1 June 2019, he became a Member of the Management Board of UAB “Ignitis” and was responsible for working with business customers and development. Until then, he headed the commercial and development departments of UAB “Lietuvos energijos tiekimas” and UAB “Lietuvos dujų tiekimas”, and was a Member of the Management Board of the IT company UAB “Technologijų ir inovacijų centras”. From 2012 to 2014, he held the position of the General Manager of UAB “GET Baltic”, a company performing the function of a regional natural gas exchange, until then he headed the Contact Centre of AB “Lietuvos dujos”.

Haroldas Nausėda earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Vilnius University, a master's degree in Business Management from Vilnius University, and later he acquired another master’s degree in the joint master’s programme in business management at ISM and the Norwegian Business School’s BI executive programme.

Tadas Adomaitis is a member of the Executive Committee of UAB Ignitis and Head of Wholesale Trading.

Tadas Adomaitis started his career in the energy sector in 2007. In 2012, he started working for Klaipedos Nafta, where he contributed to the development of the LNG terminal project, and, since 2013, he has become the Commercial Director of the designated supplier LITGAS. Later, he worked for more than two years as the Director of the Customer Portfolio Management Department of Energijos Tiekimas. In 2018 he became the Head of LITGAS, and when the company was merged with Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas, he became the Director of the Supply Department.

Tadas Adomaitis studied at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University and obtained a master's degree in Regional Policy in the European Studies programme. He later studied at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Latvia, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration. He also completed a training programme for members of the management board at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Vytenis Koryzna is a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis (Energy Supply – Commercial Activities) and the Chair of the Board.

V. Koryzna has more than ten years of experience in renewable energy and strategic leadership, as well as in developing business models in energy management, supply, and generation, including solar energy, battery energy storage systems, and electric vehicle charging solutions.

Most recently, V. Koryzna led Detra Solar, a company providing technical project development and consulting services to renewable energy developers worldwide. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Enefit Lietuva, an energy solutions company, where he strengthened the company’s market position to become the second-largest supplier and introduced innovative energy solutions for both business and private customers.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from BMI Executive Institute, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from Vilnius University.

Mantas is an executive with almost 20 years of experience in various energy sector companies both in regulatory and commercial activities as well as regulatory authority and stakeholder relations, large-scale project management.

Mantas launched his career in Lietuvos Dujos, later he had an internship in German energy group of companies. After returning to Lithuania, he was working in strategic positions at Lietuvos Dujos, where he served as an executive team member and was responsible with investor relations, state authorities and the regulator as well as integration of Lietuvos Dujos into Lietuvos Energija (now Ignitis Group).

Before transitioning to the current position of Head of Business Development at Ignitis Group, Mantas served as a CEO at Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas (later Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas), where he was responsible for regulated energy supply acitivites, business development abroad, restructuring of the company and optimisation.

Mantas earned master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Vilnius University.

Mantas is bringing his extensive and valuable experience as well as an ability to effectively cooperate with key stakeholders, he also has extensive experience as a member of collegial bodies at Ignitis Group companies.

Paulius Dambrauskas is the chairman of the board of UAB Kotryna Group and the head of the Alma Littera group. The Alma Littera group is the largest publisher of general and educational literature in Lithuania, operates the largest book retail chain, and provides educational services.

Paulius Dambrauskas began working in the energy sector in 2017 when he became a member of the board of Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas Nepriklausomas (Lithuanian Gas Supply Independent). Later, following a reorganization, he became a member of the board of Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas Nepriklausomas (Lithuanian Energy Supply Independent) and, later still, a member of the supervisory board of Ignitis Nepriklausomas (Ignitis Independent).

Paulius Dambrauskas has extensive management experience in telecommunications, retail, and logistics. During his career, he has worked as commercial director and member of the board at BITĖ Lietuva, CEO at Cgates, commercial director at Maxima Lietuva, and executive director at Girteka Logistics.

Paulius holds a master's degree from Vilnius University.

Roger Hunter is Global Vice President of EV Charging at BorgWarner, with overall business accountability for Charging, leading teams across Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to this Roger was Vice President of Electric Mobility at Shell, responsible for Shell's Recharge Solutions unit, globally."

Toma Sasnauskienė has more than 16 years of experience in the public sector. Throughout her career, she significantly contributed to the development and improvement of the activities of the State Treasury related to various financial instruments - from Government securities and financial derivatives transactions to investment products and state guarantees.
