Mantas Bartuška is an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Board at Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė. Mantas Bartuška has over 17 years of experience in the energy sector. Over his career, he has implemented many strategic projects of national importance.

Since 2010, M. Bartuška has significantly contributed to the financing of the LNG terminal project as Chief Financial Officer of AB “Klaipėdos nafta”. Later, as CEO of the same company, he was actively involved in the development and implementation of an ambitious strategy to expand the LNG activities in the international market.

In recent years, while working for Gasunie Nederlandse BV, M. Bartuška managed an international LNG terminal project in the Netherlands. 50% of the project, after its successful construction, was sold to VOPAK.

M. Bartuška earned a bachelor's degree in business management at Vilnius University and successfully completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Cambridge University in 2016.

Mantas Bartuška is currently a partial shareholder of UAB “LitAir” and founder of MB “MB Capital”. He has also gained experience in such companies as AB “Lietuvos geležinkeliai”, UAB “Baltpool”, AB “LTG Link” and others.

Mantas Mikalajūnas has been serving as Kaunas Combined Heat and Power Plant Board Member since 1 April 2022.

Mantas Mikalajūnas is also Chief Regulatory Officer at AB "Ignitis grupė", Management Board Member at AB "Ignitis grupė", AB “Ignitis gamyba” and UAB Vilniaus kogeneracinė jėgainė, Supervisory Board Member at UAB "Ignitis".

M. Mikalajūnas has almost two decades of experience working in the energy sector. He launched his career in Lietuvos Dujos, later he had an internship in German energy group of companies. After returning to Lithuania, he worked in strategic positions at Lietuvos Dujos, where he served as an executive team member and was responsible for relations with investors, state authorities and the regulator as well as integration of Lietuvos Dujos into Lietuvos Energija (now Ignitis Group). Before transitioning to the current position of Chief Regulatory Officer at Ignitis Group, Mantas served as CEO at Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas (later – Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas).

M. Mikalajūnas obtained master’s degree in business administration and management at Vilnius University.

Vitalijus Žuta is a Member of the Management Board of Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė.

Vitalijus Žuta has many years of experience in the energy sector and has completed a number of significant projects. While working at Tena, a subsidiary of AB Lietuvos Energija, he was responsible for the material and technical equipment of Lietuvos Energija's subsidiaries, as well as for the implementation of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank, and for the implementation of projects.

For the first time in the Baltic region, Vitalijus Žuta implemented a waste-to-fuel cogeneration power plant project in Klaipėda. He worked for a long time at Vilnius CHP plant and since 2000 as Technical Director at Finnish Energy. From 2005 to 2021, he managed the operations of the Finnish energy company Fortum in Lithuania, and from 2021 - the operations of GREN Holding in Lithuania. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology.
