
EMPLOYEE SAFETY, HEALTH, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROGRAM MANAGER (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the HSE division of Ignitis, where you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure top safety, health, and environmental standards. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Designing and implementing HSE programs, conducting risk assessments, and creating mitigation strategies
- Developing and delivering HSE training programs, assessing training needs, and ensuring compliance and certification
- Developing, promoting, and enforcing HSE campaigns and monitoring compliance
- Using HSE software to analyze data, identify trends, and manage technology solutions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions
- Evaluating program effectiveness, investigating incidents, and integrating industry best practices
- Preparing detailed HSE performance reports and maintaining records
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and promoting employee involvement in safety initiatives
Required for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HSE program management
- Certified Safety Professional (preferred)
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Proficient in HSE software and data analysis
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian languages
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
