OFFICE MANAGER (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team at Ignitis Polska. In this role, you will support the smooth daily operation of our office and contribute to creating a positive and well‑organized work environment. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Coordinating internal communication via MS Teams and email in collaboration with management and colleagues
- Organizing and managing company events, meetings, and workplace initiatives
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining company documents and records
- Overseeing and improving the document management system, including archiving
- Managing relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, standards, and processes
- Contributing to organizational projects (e.g., office improvements, new setups)
- Providing administrative, office management, and reception support (calls, correspondence, scheduling)
Required for this position:
- University or college degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
- IT literate, with solid MS Office skills and a reliable, team-oriented mindset
