TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER FOR ENGINEERING AREA (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Talent Acquisition team. Aim of this role is to support business growth by attracting and recruiting talents in Engineering area. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Guiding and supporting Hiring Managers in the field of talent acquisition, handling the full recruitment cycle for Engineering roles
- Building strong relationship with dedicated area stakeholders by presenting recruitment and market data, news
- Applying strategic recruitment techniques from sourcing to candidate assessment, ensuring alignment with specific technical requirements
- Analyzing the Engineering job market, staying updated with the latest engineering talent trends, sourcing strategies, and innovative recruitment methods tailored for the engineer industry
- Driving extra talent acquisition projects besides recruitment
Required for this position:
- Proven experience in Engineering talent acquisition within a large-scale environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data and recruitment metrics
- Strong sense of ownership and people-oriented mindset with willingness to create the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages
