We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth recruitment process for top-level management roles and contributing to the implementation of changes related to the recruitment process itself. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Coordinate and manage executive search and recruitment projects for top management roles, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Analyze and assess existing recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to optimize recruiter efficiency
  • Research, recommend, and lead the implementation of innovative tools, systems, and technologies to improve talent acquisition processes across the organization
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize and seamlessly integrate ATS solutions into current workflows.

Required for this position:

  • A degree in your chosen field of interest
  • Proven experience in different HR areas
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive sense of ownership
  • A tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for recruitment IT tools, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Fluency in both English and Lithuanian

Advantageous if you:

  • Experience with executive-level recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and candidate assessment
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/or other HR systems.
