On 24 November 2025, during the Nasdaq closing bell ceremony at Times Square in New York, six Baltic companies were recognised, including Ignitis Group, which was named the best investor relations company in Lithuania for the second year in a row.

The aim of this prestigious event is to highlight Baltic companies that, in the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025, were recognised for outstanding achievements in transparency, corporate governance and investor relations.

The ceremony featured Ignitis Group and Neo Finance from Lithuania, CleanR Grupa and Latvenergo from Latvia, and LHV Group and Tallink Grupp from Estonia. The laureates were selected based on publicly disclosed information, trading activity and assessments by market participants.

“This award confirms that we are fostering an open and transparent investor communication with a focus on consistency and accountability. Our priority is to strengthen trust in the activities of Ignitis Group and to ensure information’s reliability and accessibility to all market participants,” says Ainė Riffel Grinkevičienė, Chief of Staff to CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Ignitis Group.

The Nasdaq bell ringing is a symbolic and widely recognised tradition in the financial world. This ceremony provides companies with international visibility and the opportunity to showcase their achievements to the global investor community.

Such awards help strengthen confidence in the Baltic capital market, encourage the adoption of good governance and transparency practices and highlight the progress of the region’s financial system both locally and internationally.

The ceremony in New York was hosted by Kaarel Ots, Head of Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges.
