CEO of Lietuva Energija – Mr. Mindaugas Keizeris
The meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company held on 22 September 2017 adopted a decision on the election of temporary Board of the Company. The elected members of the Board are Mr. Mindaugas Keizeris, Mrs. Ilona Daugėlaitė, Mr. Darius Kašauskas and Mr. Dominykas Tučkus. All of them were former members of the Board of the Company acted till 22 July 2017, when the term of office of the Board has expired.
During the meeting of the Board the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of the Company was elected. The appointed person for this position is Mr. Mindaugas Keizeris, Strategy and Development Director of Lietuvos Energija.
Mr. Mindaugas Keizeris started his career in Lietuvos Energija in 2012. He was a head of Organization Development Department at Visagino Atominė Elektrinė, after that served as a Chairman of the Board of companies Elektros Tinklo Paslaugos and Energijos Tiekimas. Besides he was a member of the Boards in Duomenų Logistikos Centras, Lietuvos Dujos and Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas companies. Currently, Mr. M. Keizeris has even more responsibilities – he is a member of a Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, Chairman of the Board of EnePro and Vilniaus Kogeneracinė Jėgainė.
Constant Board of Lietuvos Energija will be formed from candidates selected publicly. The selection of the Board will be implemented by the Appointment and Remuneration Committee of Lietuvos Energija Supervisory Board and the external recruitment company, which will be selected in the nearest future.
