On 8 September 2017 the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Dalius Misiūnas in accordance with the paragraph 5 of article 37 of the Law on the Companies of the Republic of Lithuania has presented the resignation letter to the Supervisory Board of the Company and the sole shareholder of the Company the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Company will inform on the following actions in accordance with legal acts.
