A selection for the position of an independent member of the Board of Ignitis Group Service Centre

Ignitis Group, an international energy company, has announced a selection for the position of an independent member of the Board of its subsidiary Ignitis Group Service Centre.  This person will supervise the support of the main business segments of the Group. Candidates are welcome to apply until 5 March.

“Ignitis Group Service Centre provides internal IT, procurement, accounting, human resources, legal, communication, asset and administration management services to all Ignitis Group companies. Therefore, we expect the candidate to be qualified and have skills to improve the quality of services provided to the Group, thus contributing to a rapid development of the goals of the entire Group,” said Živilė Skibarkienė, Chair of the Board of Ignitis Group Service Centre and Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Group. 

The candidate is required to have managerial experience and a grasp on the business model of an internal service centre that would fit our business needs the best.

The selected candidate will be appointed to the Board of Ignitis Group Service Centre for the term of four years. The selection will be conducted with the help of an agency conducting manager and managing personnel recruitment J. Friisberg & Partners.

The Board of Ignitis Group Service Centre comprises three members: 1 independent member and 2 representatives delegated by the shareholders of the company.
