ASSOCIATE PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGER (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Renewables team, where you will be responsible for the implementation of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Lithuania. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Supporting project planning and coordination alongside the Project Manager, including specific sub-topics and delegated responsibilities
- Leading minor CAPEX procurements (excluding main works), negotiating costs, schedules, and scope in coordination with the Project Manager
- Supporting the Project Manager in major CAPEX procurements and acting as deputy during their absence
- Managing smaller project sub-teams and effectively delegating responsibilities across the project team
- Monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and supporting claims, change requests, and variation processes
- Overseeing documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and project timelines
- Collaborating with internal experts (engineers, lawyers, environmental & permitting specialists, etc.) to ensure optimal outcomes and risk mitigation
- Assisting in project handover and closure processes to ensure smooth transitions and finalization.
Required for this position:
- Higher education in Construction, Engineering, or Energy
- At least 2 years of project management and construction experience in the energy sector
- Managed at least one energy project through planning or construction phase
- General knowledge of project management and renewable energy technologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and proactive mindset
- B category driving license.
