Brokers coordinator (f/m/d)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Tracking and reporting on brokers' performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and other key indicators;
- Preparation of detailed financial reports related to broker activities, including monthly margin reconciliations and profitability analysis;
- Leading negotiations of terms and contracts with brokers, and monitoring their implementation;
- Managing and resolving operational and strategic issues related to broker activities;
- Organizing training and development programs for brokers to ensure they are well-prepared to meet business objectives;
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, including maintaining documentation and conducting compliance audits;
- Preparing regular strategic reports for the Director of Brokerage, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for further actions.
We expect that you:
- University degree or equivalent;
- +3 years of experience working for a trading company;
- Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Empathy, Time Management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
