EMPLOYEE SAFETY, HEALTH, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MANAGER (F/M/D)
Currently, we are looking for a new team member to join our Employee Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection Department. In this position, you will report directly to the Group's Head of Employee Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection and will organize the team's work to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by:
- Leading a team of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) specialists
- Organizing quality employee training, consultation, education, and certification in these areas
- Registering and investigating workplace accidents and/or incidents, as well as the causes and consequences of fires, accidents, and environmental incidents
- Organizing and conducting inspections of equipment, workplaces, and premises
- Coordinating the development and implementation of the Group's internal regulations, creating necessary tools, ensuring unified management practices, providing methodological assistance, and preparing training and presentations
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the safety, health, and environmental protection culture across the Group by developing various programs (organizing initiatives), applying best practices
- Developing and monitoring the Group's key performance and risk indicators in these areas
- Preparing and presenting consolidated Group reports, escalating non-compliances to the Group's management and supervisory bodies.
Required for this position:
- At least 4 years of experience in the fields of employee safety and health, fire safety, civil safety, and environmental protection
- Knowledge of regulatory legislation in these areas and ISO standards
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership
- Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and very good proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strategic and analytical thinking, initiative, result-orientation, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to multi-task
