
HEAD OF ASSET OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES
We are currently seeking for an experienced Head of Asset Operations Management to oversee the operational and profitable performance of our current and future operating renewable energy assets. The role is also responsible for managing and leading the team of technical professionals and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, project teams, and executive leadership.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Defining and implementing a unified asset operations and maintenance strategy across the onshore asset portfolio, ensuring scalable processes and consistent performance standards across technologies and jurisdictions
- Providing strategic leadership in the management of commercial agreements across the portfolio, ensuring alignment of legal, financial, and contractual frameworks with operational and strategic objectives
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain best-in-class health, safety, environmental and quality work culture and establish control processes to delivery HSEQ performance.
- Driving cross-functional performance management processes across different internal organizations, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals
- Establishing and managing strong interfaces with Project Execution teams to define and enforce a seamless handover framework at the end of construction phase of projects
- Lead performance management across the asset portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement of both internal teams and external service providers
- Leading and contributing to initiatives aimed at evolving asset operations management practices, driving innovation, and enhancing organizational efficiency
- Creating an environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, and continuous development to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet evolving business needs.
Required for this position:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector, with proven leadership skills
- Proven track record of managing multi-project and multi-technology renewable energy portfolios
- Strong knowledge of wind, solar, battery energy storage and hybrid systems, including relevant operating and service models
- Experience in managing third-party service providers and contracts, including service agreements and performance guarantees
- Excellent understanding of HSE requirements and standards in the energy industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience managing technical teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary range for this position group
